You can choose to have your item delivered to your home or pick it up at the airport counter.
Returning the item is easy, convenient and stress-free - just drop it off in the post after you return home!

Easy pick-up at the airport!

If you choose home delivery, you can receive your package up to 5 days before your departure date!
If you choose to pick up your luggage at the airport, you can pick it up on the day of your departure at 4 major domestic airports and 7 other locations!

The entire process from applying for ACROSS WiFi to returning it

Application

Please enter your travel destination, travel period, and customer information in the application form.

Receive your WIFi set

At home

The package will be shipped so that it will arrive at least 3 days before the departure date. Please collect it at the address you specify.

Airport pick-up

On the day of your departure from Japan, please collect your gift at the designated airport counter.

Use overseas

Once you arrive in your country, please turn on the WiFi and use it. (If you set it up in advance, you can use it immediately after arriving.)

Return the WiFI set

Please place the WIFi set in the included return envelope (Letter Pack Light, etc.) and drop it in the post.
