Applications cannot be made under the name of a minor. Please apply under the name of a parent or guardian.
If a minor is using the service, a credit card in the name of the legal guardian must be registered.

You can apply under either an individual name or a corporate name using the application form.

This can be done up to 3 days before your departure from Japan.

The unit of measurement is one day in Japan time, and the period is from the date of departure from Japan to the date of return to Japan.

Please enter the dates your flight departs and arrives as departure date and return date.
Example) Departure at 12:30 AM on July 7th → departure date is July 7th, arrival at 5:00 AM on July 10th → arrival date is July 10th.

No. Only AC adapters with A plugs are provided, so please prepare your own adapter for your country or an international conversion plug.

Internet browsers have a feature that temporarily saves data about recently viewed pages, and this feature may be causing the error.
Please clear your browser cache and browsing history and try again.
If the above is difficult, please apply using a different smartphone or PC.

After completing the application process, you will receive an automatic reply email. In rare cases, the email may be automatically sorted into your spam folder, so please check your spam folder.

Payments, Fees and Billing

Credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB), PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay,
Pay-easy, au PAY, and d-payment are available.
*Debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used, so please choose another payment method.

Yes, we can issue a receipt. Please let us know if you would like a receipt by filling out the inquiry form. A person in charge will contact you shortly.

Payment will be made at the time of application.

Due to the nature of this being a rental service, rental fees will be charged from the date of departure from Japan to the date of return to Japan, regardless of whether or not you use the equipment.

Return shipping is free. We will provide a return envelope for free. However, we will charge you an additional 550 yen as a handling fee.

If you do not return the item by the due date, or if you apply for an extension after the due date, you will be charged a late fee of 2,000 yen (tax-exempt) x number of days.

A cancellation fee of 2,200 yen will be charged if you cancel 5 days or more prior to the departure date.

Yes. We only accept applications from companies. Please contact us using the inquiry form.

In the event of damage, submersion in water, loss, etc., the following damages will be charged.
・Wi-Fi terminal: 29,700 yen (tax-exempt) ・AC adapter: 1,000 yen (tax-exempt) ・USB cable: 1,000 yen (tax-exempt) ・Pouch: 500 yen (tax-exempt)
We also offer a "Peace of Mind" insurance option that will cover damages. You can sign up for this option up until before you leave for Japan, so please consider it.

As a general rule, payment methods cannot be changed after application has been made.

Delivery, collection and return

You can choose to have it delivered to your specified address or pick it up at the airport counter .

We aim to deliver your order up to 3 days before your departure date. (Depending on the timing of your application, it may be delivered between 2 days before and the day of your departure.)

Yes, that is possible. Please enter "Delivery box request" in the delivery address field on the application form.

It is free of charge up to 3 days before departure. Advance delivery option is available from 4 days before for 880 yen per day. Please see here for details.

You can set the password before you leave, but you will not be able to connect to the Internet in Japan.

Please use the return envelope to return the item.
However, there will be no change in the fee even if you return the device earlier than the date of your return to Japan when you applied.

Please return the entire Wi-Fi router set in the return envelope provided at a postbox or post office.
The postmark must be dated the day after your return to Japan.
*Please note that collection times vary depending on the postbox where the item is dropped off. *Returns cannot be made at airport counters.

Please return the item using a method that provides a tracking number.
*The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. *We cannot accept cash on delivery.

If you lose your Wi-Fi router, your service will be suspended, so please contact us immediately.
Depending on whether or not you have subscribed to the peace of mind insurance option, you may be charged a separate damage fee depending on your contract status.

Changes can be made free of charge up to 6 days before your departure from Japan. From 5 days before, a change fee of 1,650 yen will be charged.

Yes. Across WiFi is an unlimited plan, so there is no limit on data usage.

The WiFi used by Across WiFi in China uses communication lines that can circumvent the Great Firewall.
You can use apps and websites such as LINE, Instagram, Google, and YouTube without having to set up a VPN.

Apps that are only available in Japan cannot be used unless you set up a Japanese VPN.

This service is only available in the country in which you applied. It can be used by applying for a transit option .

Generally, you cannot use this service. This depends on your contracted mobile phone line, so please check with your mobile phone company.

Yes, it is possible. There is no charge for changes up to 6 days before the departure date. From 5 days before, a change fee of 1,650 yen will be charged.

Yes, it is possible. However, please note that we can only extend the rental period, not shorten it.

This service is not available on ships or at sea. Please use it on land in countries where it is available.

Up to 10 devices can be connected. (We recommend 5 devices or less.)

This is a service that compensates for damages such as the breakdown or loss of Wi-Fi devices, AC adapters, and USB cables. We offer three types of compensation: 100% compensation, 80% compensation, and 50% compensation. For more information, please click here .

This is a service that allows you to receive your Wi-Fi device earlier than normal delivery. You can specify the desired delivery date up to 5 days before the start date of use (departure date) that you enter when applying.

WiFi device error codes

This message will be displayed if you turn on the power in Japan.

If you see an error code or message other than "Code 7", try restarting your device.
If restarting the router does not resolve the issue, try resetting it to its factory settings and checking in a location with stable signal, such as near a window.
If resetting your WiFi device does not improve the situation, please contact our customer center with the name of the country and city of your destination, your device number, and the error code.
